Yea, it's true that SEs change their algorithms frequently to try to improve their search results.  I've found that with every major change, my websites increase in rankings.  I believe it gets down to the basics - sites I work on have a lot of honest content that is helpful for searchers.  As SEs get better at weeding out the less useful or less relevant websites (with the improved algorithms) my sites rise to the top.</description>
